    Yep, about the only 2 shows I REALLY didn't like were: Lidsville, and The Bugaloos.

    Watching Sid and Marty Krofft was my first realization that adults take
    drugs.

    And down the rabbit hole I go...

    Apparently, the Krofft brothers worked on The Banana Splits, which
    helped them launch HR Pufenstuf (and I didn't get the name until just
    now). The Banana Splits hosted an hour-long HR Pufenstuff special
    premiere.

    And I'll leave on this SNL quote from one of the Bill Brasky skits:

    "Did I ever tell you about the time (Bill) Brasky went hunting? Brasky
    decides he's going to hunt down all four of the Banana Splits. He stalks
    and kills every one of them with a machette. They all begged for their lives...except Fleagle."

    Yeah, couldn't get into these either.

    I split the Splits, but I did like HRP. My favs though were Land of the Lost and The Lost Saucer (Kroft Supershow).
