Setting up Synch here and to the point of configuring the BBS .. For the life of me I can't find the old "Hit [ESC] to continue" bot check / front end mailer that I see on other Synchronet BBSes during "answer." Any quick
help in locating it would be appreciated!

For the life of me I can't find the old "Hit [ESC] to continue"
bot check / front end mailer that I see on other Synchronet
BBSes during "answer." Any quick help in locating it would be appreciated!
that's is no longer needed... BBSes and mailers operate on different
ports using different protocols... there's no need for human users to
tell the mailer to pass them over to the BBS... think of it as having multiple phone lines... one group for the BBS only and the others for
the mailer only...
Nothing like that is included with Synchronet. By default, Synchronet uses Telnet options and ANSI terminal auto-detection to help determine if the client is a bot or not.
