Good evening, everyone. I had some work done to my house which houses the servers running Hobby Space. I was switching from partial home backup to full home backup on my solar with batteries. This caused the power to need to be disconnected until around 5PM today. Since my UPS cannot hold the server for more than a few minutes, I decided to shut everything down to prevent corruption. For some reason hen the power came back on most my network was not working correctly including the Proxmox host running the board. I troubleshot until now to get it back working. Nothing worked and I was getting pretty frustrated. I decided to reboot my switch and low and behold, everything came back up like it was supposed to. Sorry for the inconvenience but we will be more resilient in the future having the whole house backed up on the UPS/Solar and 20KW battery. At least the wife and kids can finally be happy with the wifi working again.

I had a hard time working off my backup starlink mini and laptop. I missed all 6 monitors and super-fast fiber internet :D

If you like networking and stuff and would like to explain why my switch was not passing ARP feel free to chime in.

I take it, she just needed a reboot. That sucks you had power issues, and I'm glad everything is working again. I can't for the life of me get the https to work man. I am getting frustrated as well!
