  • Speed test script

    Today, I ran the speed test through Syncterm, and it ran it pretty fast! I had my browser opened and decided to run a speed test through, the Ftelnet app on the web page. This test has been running for 15 minutes or more and it's still not finished lol. I created it originally to send a smaller amount of data, but that didn't work as well with high speed internet. The test would complete too fast and not give proper results. I'm thinking I should add an option for a smaller file size, in case someone does run the test from a browser, or if they have a really slow internet connection. Would you guys give 2 options or leave it, as it is?
    Like how many people would really run a speed test like that from a browser or slow internet connection? lol Knowing my luck someone will try it, get impatient disconnect and never come back hahaha

    wow I can only get a little over 3 mb on a fiber connection. I thought it was the app I wrote, some kind of error. When I looked I couldn't figure out what it would be though. Apparently it's working fine, I hope you enjoy my speed test app as much as I did. I think it's pretty darn cool that a speed test app works in a bulletin board. It's so retro!
