Same thing happened to me. Have you tried the "--revoke" command yet?

Go to your EXEC directory and run:

    jsexec letsyncrypt.js --revoke

Did you issue the "REVOKE" command in my previous response? If so, what did it say.

I change machines and the SSL Cert was no longe invalid. The revoke command didn't work for me so I took a stock letsyncrypt.ini file and replaced. Then I re-ran the letsyncrypt script configuration and it fixed my issue.

Hopefully your revoke command works. It will revoke the old one and request a new one and put it into place.

I think this is a virgin letsyncrypt.ini file. Back-up your other one and put this in your CTRL folder and run the configuration for letsyncrypt. It should be like you didn't have one before and should create a brand new one for ya. You will have to change the TOSAgreed to true. Hopefully this will fix it.
